1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused).
- With all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
3. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact us at ask@musajacket.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Item: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- Customer Remorse (Size/Color/Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
